Patent-protected 3D Blackcube technology, combined with the PFOA-free non-stick coating, creates a highly resistant non-scratch cooking surface that features a pattern of three-dimensional dots, which acts as a protective shield for the non-stick coating. The resulting non-scratch surface is ultra-resistant and hard-wearing, suitable for intensive professional use. AX Active Inox frying pans and woks feature professional stainless-steel handles with reinforced welding, are safe for use on all types of cooktops, including induction hobs, and are super-easy to clean. Oven safe up to 260°C and dishwasher safe.
