Instructions: Insert the battery in the battery case and turn on the thermometer; to select the temperature scale (Celsius or Fahrenheit) press the MODE button until SET-TEMP appears on the display, then press the °C/°F button to select the preferred scale; Insert the probe in meat (to a depth of at least 5cm); the temperature measured will appear on the display. Press p / SEC or q/ MIN to the set the temperature desired. When the meat reaches the set temperature, the thermometer will sound a beep continuously for 1 minute and then every 15 seconds.
