Instructions: To display maximum and minimum temperature: Press MAX/MIN to show the maximum temperature measured, then press the button again to show the minimum temperature measured. Press again to return to the standard screen setting. To erase the temperatures held in the thermometer’s memory, press the button MAX/MIN for approx. 3 seconds.
