tuttiXuno CHEF stainless steel straight-edge spatula with tapered blade. The blade measures 25cm in length and tapers from 1.2mm in thickness at the handle to 0.4mm at the tip. The tapered thickness improves the performance of the spatula. Long spatulas are mainly used in pastry making for spreading and evening out icing and cream on desserts, or for mixing dense batters.
