Mandolin vegetable slicer made of 18/10 stainless steel, measuring 40x14cm Includes five interchangeable blades and a food guard. The blades can be used on their own or in combination to slice fruit and vegetables with different cuts and thicknesses, including julienne, waffle and crinkle cuts. The slicer features fold-away legs with non-slip inserts, five blades with polypropylene guards, stored in a practical case, and a food guard to safely grip fruit and vegetables while cutting. Blades included: one straight-edged blade for slicing; one serrated blade for crinkle cuts and waffle cuts, and three julienne blades— a 21-slot small blade (4mm), a 14-slot medium blade (6mm) and a 10-slot large blade (10mm).
