GARCIMA LA IDEAL shallow pan made of polished carbon steel, with single handle and measuring 24cm in diameter. GARCIMA LA IDEAL polished steel pans are similar to Lyonnaise pans, and likewise ideal for pan-frying meat, fish and vegetables and making frittatas. Before first use, we recommend removing the protective film applied to the surface by bringing water to the boil in the pan, then wash the pan with hot water and ordinary dishwashing detergent. Dry the pan thoroughly with a soft cloth—never leave the pan to air dry. Season the pan after every use to prevent oxidation and rusting. Grease the pan lightly with cooking oil and then wrap it in paper and store inside a plastic bag in a dry place. The pan is not safe for use in microwave ovens and is not dishwasher safe.
