Professional eight-wire pastry whisk made of 18/10 stainless steel, measuring 25cm in length. The fine, 1.4mm wires of the whisk make it ideal for beating soft ingredients. All the whisks feature a practical hook for easy hanging and a resin-sheathed handle that covers the base of the wires, keeping out water and food residues.
