Cut cleaver, featuring a 20cm tempered stainless steel blade and a polypropylene handle. The large, flat rectangular blade and the weight of the cleaver make chopping bones and pieces of meat easy. The blade’s thickness and convex edge enables meat to be cut by direct blows, without fracturing or buckling the blade and requiring less energy. The hole in the top corner of the blade is designed for hanging the cleaver on a hook. The Cut series of knives are all made of high-carbon stainless steel. The knives are perfectly balanced and feature an ergonomic handle with a slightly rough grip to stop the knife from slipping out of the hand when in use, and a curved butt that acts as a backstop, for greater safety. The finger guard at the head of the handle protects the fingers from the blade, while the user-friendly grip eases the strain of cutting and improves finger placement.
