Gastro ham/salmon knife with HACCP Plug-In System, featuring an extra-slim 28cm dimpled blade made of tempered stainless steel and a polypropylene and resin handle. The Gastro series of knives are all made of high-carbon stainless steel, which improves the flexibility and chopping power of the blade and guarantees long-lasting sharpness and easy resharpening. Perfect for cutting, filleting and chopping, the knives are made of non-toxic materials that can be fully washed and sterilized to guarantee perfect food safety standards, in compliance with EU regulations. The knives are perfectly balanced and feature an ergonomic handle with a slightly rough grip to stop the knife from slipping out of the hand when in use, and a curved butt that acts as a backstop, for greater safety. The finger guard at the head of the handle protects the fingers from the blade, while the user-friendly grip eases the strain of cutting and improves finger placement.
