Cut Santoku knife, featuring an 18cm dimpled blade made of tempered stainless steel and a polypropylene handle. Used in Asian countries for cutting and chopping vegetables, the knife is also known as the Santoku-bocho knife. The Cut series of knives are all made of high-carbon stainless steel.
