Gastro professional butcher’s knife with HACCP Plug-In System. Ideal for boning, trimming, and cutting meat. The blade measures 25cm in length and is made of tempered stainless steel, whereas the handle is made of polypropylene and resin. The Gastro series of knives are all made of high-carbon stainless steel, which improves the flexibility and chopping power of the blade and guarantees long-lasting sharpness and easy resharpening. Perfect for cutting, filleting and chopping, the knives are made of non-toxic materials that can be fully washed and sterilized to guarantee perfect food safety standards, in compliance with EU regulations. The knives are perfectly balanced and feature an ergonomic handle with a slightly rough grip to stop the knife from slipping out of the hand when in use, and a curved butt that acts as a backstop, for greater safety. The finger guard at the head of the handle protects the fingers from the blade, while the user-friendly grip eases the strain of cutting and improves finger placement.
