Cut boning knife, featuring a 16cm tempered stainless steel blade and a polypropylene handle. The knife’s long, rigid blade ends in a sharp, curved tip, which makes boning meat and poultry fast and easy. The blade’s design penetrates meat deeply to trim and clean meat off the bone without damaging the fibres and without straining the wrist. The rigid finish of the blade makes the knife suitable for boning beef, pork and poultry. The Cut series of knives are all made of high-carbon stainless steel. The knives are perfectly balanced and feature an ergonomic handle with a slightly rough grip to stop the knife from slipping out of the hand when in use, and a curved butt that acts as a backstop, for greater safety. The finger guard at the head of the handle protects the fingers from the blade, while the user-friendly grip eases the strain of cutting and improves finger placement.
