Cut heavy butcher’s knife, featuring a 28cm tempered stainless blade and a polypropylene handle. The tip of the blade curves upwards, enabling softer bones to be broken. The Cut series of knives are all made of high-carbon stainless steel. The knives are perfectly balanced and feature an ergonomic handle with a slightly rough grip to stop the knife from slipping out of the hand when in use, and a curved butt that acts as a backstop, for greater safety. The finger guard at the head of the handle protects the fingers from the blade, while the user-friendly grip eases the strain of cutting and improves finger placement.
