Normandie enamelled cast-iron round casserole pot, featuring a traditional, functional design. The casserole pot is made of vitreous-enamelled cast iron for easy washing and cleaning, coloured a shaded red on the outside and white on the inside. Ideal for stews, roasts and recipes requiring lengthy cooking times, without the need to add liquids as food is cooked in its own juices. By trapping the vapour and juices released by food as it cooks, cast iron maintains the right degree of moisture within the pot, for even cooking and guaranteed tasty results.
