Instructions: Before using the steak grill, wash with warm water and detergent, rinse and dry. Season the steak grill by greasing the cooking surface with oil. Remove excess oil with kitchen paper. The seasoning process can be repeated periodically to lengthen the life of the coating. Avoid heating the grill when empty, as this may permanently damage the surface. We recommend the use of plastic, wooden or nylon utensils, as metal utensils may scratch the surface. Do not use water to cool the steak grill rapidly.
