Sharpening steel Cut - tempered stainless steel blade

Cut sharpening steel, featuring a circular blade made of extra-hard tempered stainless steel with a fine satin finish and a polypropylene handle. The steel hones blades for sharp, smooth cutting, lengthening the life of knives. The rounded tip and oval shape of the rod enables it to be used either freehand or by resting the tip on a countertop, for fast and effective honing. The Cut series of knives are all made of high-carbon stainless steel. The knives are perfectly balanced and feature an ergonomic handle with a slightly rough grip to stop the knife from slipping out of the hand when in use, and a curved butt that acts as a backstop, for greater safety. The finger guard at the head of the handle protects the fingers from the blade, while the user-friendly grip eases the strain of cutting and improves finger placement.
